Why don't you just move it from the plugins folder to the unused plugins folder? If you wan't to completely uninstall it, you can do so from the Windows programs menu.

You can use the Trasher app in my signature to open the both the plugins folder and unused plugins folder. Just drag the plugin file into the unused folder.

Delete plugin

Go to them and delete any cakewalk plugins there and empty the Windows trash, and also for good measure trash prefs.
