Metering Issue

I mastered a song in Protools 10.3.3. It is reading at zero on the left and right side in the master bus meter. Ok. I played it back in Logic Pro 9.1.8 and the stereo file was showing as 01 on the stereo bus. One of these meter has to be wrong. Which one?
