Editing Audio in DP3 vs. PTLE
I've been trying to learn to edit audio in DP3. I'm depressed with the seeming complexity of it all. I absolutely enjoy the 828 interface but just to split an audio file in two seems rediculously complex. Does it get any better with time and practice? I've got my Mbox on order but 'till it comes I'm trying to learn this program. Whew!

Re: Editing Audio in DP3 vs. PTLE
Jamble,
Head on over to unicornation.com and see if you can't get some help in the ubb forum there. There should be some keyboard shortcuts that speed things along...and yes..it's far more complex to learn than PT is/was. |

Re: Editing Audio in DP3 vs. PTLE
Thanks, I'll check it out. I just don't see why they had to design so many windows and doodads to their program. I'm sure it'll be great for midi anyway.
