Have LE8.05, Able to update to PT10 ..v9?

I am currently running PTLE v8.05 on my Mac Pro with OS X 10.6.8.

Bought an Eleven Rack for Christmas, which allows me to upgrade to PTv10.

With PT10 being so new I have some hesitation to move directly from v8.05.

Is is possible, once I register and have PTv10 downloaded to my iLok account, to have access to download the last version of PT9 (as it has been out longer)?
