[HELP] Pro Tools freezes randomly

Hi Guys,

I have a weird situation on my Pro Tools HD

I have a Pro Tools HD 11.3.1 on an 10.9.5 OSX System.

Until recently every time I made a Quicktime export, everything went smooth, but recently sometimes when I try to export the Pro Tools crashes...or sometimes not, it is very random.

I tried to disable plugins, change the path and nothing helps.
Also, I tried to open the .dlog files to find out what is the problem by I think it is encrypted so I cannot look at them, what I do have is the apple crash report.

2 2.8 quad core inter xeon

32 Gigs DDR 2 Ram

BlackMagic INTENSITY Pro as the Video card.

Hi friend did you try trashing databases and preferences ?

Also updating ilok software ?

And quicktime updated to the lastest version ?
