Hdx do not work!!! **!%

I describe the roads we have tried:
1. we have deleted the kekt files. but without any success.
2. we created another administrator account, the card was not recognized anyway,
3. we tried to install various hd drivers, to try to find the latest version of the board, but nothing on the system preferences on drivers installed in the pcie screen remains "no"

I've seen this post and think you have the right equipment but what I have recently found out is HDX is not compatible with Gen3 chip sets in Sonnet TB3 gear. So if you are using a newer TB chassis with a Gen3 TB card in the chassis it will see the card in your setup but not allow it to work.

But if this is straight TB2 with a Gen2 set then it's definitely something else. Apologies if this was gone over.
