Default Midi Won't recognize Mbox Mini

I recently upgraded to Mac OS X Mountain Lion and all was good with my set up. I wake up this morning, turn on my system and now my Mbox is not recognized. I installed the Mbox Mini 3g driver update 1.1.3 thinking that would help, it was no help at all. So I even went as far as a fresh install of all of the Avid products, still no luck. Someone please shed some light on this situation for me?
