Audio dropout

Hi,

I have just upgraded to pro tools 10 - from Pro Tools 8LE.
I am having problems with audio dropout, both during recording and playback. The audio completely disappears for a few seconds, but continues recording/playing... sound reappears in correct time.

Also, the new shortcuts (ex. switch between mix and edit window CMD = do not work...

Anyone?
