trying to use fast tack m audio cannot open session

I get this error message,and one that say it won't support 441000playback
Could not create a new document because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/151228/ProTools/DFW/MacBuild/../Views/UMenu.MacOS.mm", line 1549.
