Eleven Rack Pro Tools 8 disc doesn't work

When I put it in it only shows a window that is all white and nothing happen. I've tried on different computers and it's the same, seems like it's broken, what should I do?

I had the same problem (bad disk) and contacted support. They provided a link to download the software and when that didn't work for me, they sent a new disk.

Thanks for the reply, but thats my problem I can't find where to contact the support, I have searched and haven't found anyone to send a mail to...

I had the same problem. Downloaded the PT8 LE installer from internet (on some torrent site ).
Works fine as long as you have your authorization code, and your interface (your 11R) to go with it.

Sorry to say, but this gave me the least trouble .
