Default Surround flies

Hi

I have been looking online but can not find, this is the only community I am part of so I hope you dont mind me asking. Does anyone know where I can find 5.1 surround fly audio.

I have a couple of scenes outside and a few indoors so on the outdoor one I dont want to hear the room and on the indoor one I dont want to hear birds and insects etc..

Its a western so cant be urban.

Any advice will help please.

You will have to build that sound effect layer by layer with whatever fly effects you can gather. I have one that I did for wildlife carcass scene - but it has birds on it and some of the fly-byes are too close to the mic. If you find a good way to record flies (not in a bottle! - let me know)
I have actually been thinking of building a big container and put a surround (double ms ) mic in there with a screen to stop them from getting right on the microphone. Flies are easy to come by over here :)

Cheers

For a general background noise of flies, I just make fly buzzing noises with my mouth and add harmonies and start layering. Add to that some real flies and the result is Lord of the Flies!
