missing plug ins on 8.0.5?

ok so i was one of the people who had the 003 that wasn't working with anything past 8.0.3cs2, i got 9 for my laptop, everything works fine. i have an old xp computer running 8.0.2 everything running fine. on my win 7 64bit build after the whole 8.0.3cs2 issue the drivers came out for 8.0.5 my 003 still occassionally freezes but if you exit the program and turn the 003 on and off it works fine for a couple hours no biggie, what is a issue however is some of my plug ins from the complete tool kit aren't showing, particularly smack, the mp3 codec isn't working, dinr noise reduction isn't showing, and when i first installed that(complete toolkit) and the instrument pack some things would install some things wouldn't and i pretty much had to reinstall strike and transfuser like 7 times each then relink the content 5 times. it works now don't care, however smack will not be recognized, and whenever i have a session using reason via rewire i get a message saying that i need to setup reason. but if i lunch the rewire plug in, then manually relaunch reason it works fine. it wasn't doing that before or i would have this convo with propeller heads. all and all is anyone noticing they are missing pro tools plug ins now that they are using 8.0.5? i understand 3rd party plug ins may be an issue, but not the digidesign/avid/air made ones
