Default Unable to import REX or Acid files as group files in 7.4

Unable to import REX or Acid files as group files in 7.4, when i try to import to my session an ACID or REX file it imports it as a regular audio file, even if I check in the preferences on the Processing tab "Import REX files as Region Groups" still doesn't work.
Is it just me, or is this something that's happened to any of you?
Regards
Luigi

Do you have Spotlight Turned off in OSX? Stuff like that happens to me when that is on and I am doing quick multiple tasks.

Good Luck,

the answer is the "conform to session tempo" metronome icon in the digibase- it has to be on for the group and subregions to be created.
