Slate Trigger random triggers

Is anyone experiencing an issue where Slate Trigger is adding extra hits? Happens in the same place when the hits occur but doesn't happen on every playback.

I've committed tracks too and it commits to the audio.

Odd thing is I can delete the audio clip entirely from the section where it's triggering and it still happens.

No midi fed into it either, just audio.

I've emailed slate support so I'll update this with any news.
