Default HELP!!! CANT HEAR INPUT SOUND

i just got the mbox 2 pro and i installed pro tools 7.1.2 and i cant hear anything i pulg into my input 1 and 2. I can see the levels jumping and it will record and play back the wave i record...but i cant hear anything when im recording...it records it, and plays it back, but i cant hear it while im recording!!!
What should i do???
