Default Polonium 7.3

Gasp...I've been reading the posts about 7.3! Holy Moly...I feel bad for everyone whose systems have been put on hiatus. Looks like I'll be on 7.1 for quite a while...or at least until 7.3cs9!

"I feel bad for everyone whose systems have been put on hiatus."

well, what most people AREN'T elaborating on is that besides the small error at startup, PT 7.3 runs f***ing awesome...

It is bothersome and unnerving at first, but as far as people's systems being put on hiatus: those who make a living with LE(and with pending projects) know better than to rush into installing the newest update of ANY software... My "business" is actually on hiatus right now, and I have the spare time to install it.

Absolutely no problems for me with PT 7.3...Download went fine, once Digi made their first few store fixes about a few hours into when 7.3 first became available for sale, PT7.3 told me to uninstall 7.0 which I did without any hesitation and then smoothly installed 7.3 and it is running AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the dynamic transport....I do alot of Midi Looping with my Fantom X8 and the looping features are GREAT!!!

x9blade, do you know if flowdenny is suffering from any of these errors as us, for as far as I can gather, there's not many of you out there that have this error free system, more important, as regards to Quad owners, the Tyan board?

My system is clean as a whistle. No problems at all. I have URS plugins (classic strip, n12, BLT) and autotune 4.39 and I am having no problems at all.

I had that strange error,

Could not complete your request because Assertion in
\code\azuki_Cliff\AlturaPorts\NewFileLibs\Sys\Sys_ line 144.

One time, after a reboot, but I hadn't gotten it in many startups before that, and I haven't experienced it since. (very strange)

filo i have not gotten any message so i really don't know the specifics of the actual error. he did mention to me that he was getting the error as a few of you are but he just types in the serial number(?) and he is able to continue. like i said i don't know the details of this problem but i will ask him tonight when i get home from work. if he calls me during the day i will post,
are you still not up and running?

No no, I'm away. Just thinking how many of the ASUS boards are getting this error and how many are not with the Tyan board. You, spkguitar, flowdenny (Tyan) and then guitardom and myself are (ASUS). I'm just wondering if there's a pattern here?

Maybe it's a Plug-in issue, but the strange thing about this is I un-installed all plugs!

filo, i did get to speak with flowdenny but just briefly i was in a session all night. he is getting the error but he says he just clicks continue and away he goes.he also came up with something,we pretty much have the same quads (tyan) but he downloaded 7.3 with a wireless conection.i am hard wired with my internet computer. this was pretty much the only difference between us. we are now wondering if people with problems went the wireless route
