Pro Tools 12.6 loses keyboard control with Clip FX window open

So far 12.6 is working for me, but I'm eventually losing keyboard control when the clip fx window is open. No keys will work, can't play or stop or anything until I use the mouse to close the clip fx window, then everything is back to normal. Anybody else experiencing this behavior?
