Default ProTools 2019.6 can't work on my MacOS 10.14.4

Hi everyone,

I downloaded the 2019.6 version of ProTools wich is supposed to work on 10.14.4, but when I launch ProTools, it crashes. Is there a solution ? I can't use my subscription and I'm wasting my money, and my time..

Thanks you.

System info beyond you have a Mac running some revision of Mojave is necessary. Where is your iLok plugged into? iLoks can have issues working with USB3 ports. Have you done all the system optimizations necessary? What else do you have going on when trying to run PT? Do you have any third party plugins installed?

I do not use iLok USB Key, but I use the cloud. What can I do to optimize my system ? The only thing opened is PT when I try to open it. Yes, every plugins are installed.

Using iLok cloud may very well be the problem as you have to maintain internet connectivity the whole time you're working in PT. As far as optimizations go to this page: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/T...oting/en367983
It also can be reached by going to the 'help us to help you' link that's at the top of every page here on the DUC. Also helpful for now and in the future is posting your complete system specs in your profile with a mention in your sig file of where to look for your system info. Just saying you have a Mac and what OSX you're running is nowheres near enough.

What do you mean by 'every plugins are installed'? I asked if you had an third party (non-Avid) plugins installed.
