Pro Tools Activation Problem

I'm new here so first I want to say sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section. I recently ordered avid mbox that included a Pro Tools Express activation card. When I try to activate, it says the card has already been activated and can only be done once but I just got this so it couldn't have been me that acivated the card. I got a case sent to Avid and I just want to know how long will it take for Avid to send me a new activation card? Thanks
