4x4 Express

I started out with Mbox Mini 2 and Pro Tools LE 8.
I still have my box but I lost the cd disabling me to use it once my computer crashed.

Is there anyway I can use Pro Tools LE 8 with my Mbox Mini 2 again?

Thinking all hope was lost but still not wanting to fork over several hundreds bucks for 12 I got Pro Tools 9 Express. After installing everything I realize its only allowing me to work in 16 tracks!

Is their an update for that or did I really just goof up and buy the wrong thing?

I would forget about LE.
PT 12 is far more advanced, if you own plugins that were ported to AAX.

I'm not sure about VST to AAX. Must read more.
There was a RTAS to AAX but Avid law enforced the small letters down the throat of developers of the plugin, and plugin disappeared from the face of the earth.
