Problem detected with audio clock….
Mmmm Mac OS Sierra and a Pro Tools version you don't state, but which can't be any of the support ones on Sierra.
so start by upgrading to Pro Tools 12 or downgrade your OS. ---- Then.. Is you system *fully* optimized, every last thing done? Go check again... especially making sure sleep/suspend is disabled. What troubleshooting steps have you tried... all the standard stuff...trash prefs? new empty session?, different USB cable? and USB port?.... ... and specifically try different session clock rates. All that and more is under the "help us help you" link up the top of this web page. No joy with all that it is likely the Eleven Rack is faulty,... and the economic thing to do then is toss it out and buy a used one. Re: Problem detected with audio clock….
Let's assume that because the op is posting in a PT10 forum that he's on PT10 and as you say that's the issue right there. Also at issue is unless he messed with the installer PT10 wouldn't be able to be installed in Sierra which also leads to the thing of the Sierra bit was done as an in-situ upgrade and NOT from a clean disk. Those kinds of OSX upgrades can be a challenge to put it lightly.
