Default how to use mbox as default system audio output?

Hi. I just bought some new speakers for my system, and I like the sound of audio out of my mbox 2 mini more than the output of my computers speaker output.
I'm wandering if there's a way to set all windows audio output to the mbox?
I tried changing the default sound playback device to digidesign in control panel. But it had no effect when I played music.

Thanks for the help.

I run windows xp

It was some posts, in which people recommends do not use MBox as default system audio output and use it with Pro Tools only. Because in this case whole DAW system became more stable. But it is just personally.

May be your player configured to use different audio interface instead of system default output...

Good idea.
Though it turns out I only needed to restart my computer before it worked.
