Default Lost Plugins

Hello All, I've searched and searched and can't find anything specific to my problem. I use Win 7, and recently updated my PT 10 to the latest 10.3.10 update. Since then PT will only load factory plugs and none of my 3rd party plugs, like NI, Soft Tube, etc..... I followed the advice here and deleted the plugs and prefs, but then PT just tells me all the plugs in my session can't be found, so I restored those and PT loaded them but didn't search for other plugs on my PC. Would anyone be willing to give me step by step instructions on how to either fix the problem easily, or manually install the lost plugs, I mean lost in the PT sense lol, they are still on my PC. It's as though PT isn't being prompted to search for plugs, just loading what's already in the folder. Thanks, Mike.

By the way, they are both RTAS and AXX plugs that aren't loading. I've heard mention of a plug installer, does that really exist?

Each plugin has it's own installer.
