hi Dear Top Jimmy,I have two protools software license,all are the retail vision.

Ok, so I have received a new license on my iLok account, but have no access to the HD bundle plugins. And here's the thing: I am once again having trouble opening a support case (as instructed in the Sticky) simply because I don't have access to the Support Center. And I have previously asked about it here in the DUC unsuccessfully.

How can I open a case if I don't have access to the Support Center?

Your iLok account shows you have the "Pro Tools HD Plan" license. This authorizes the plug-ins so you need to Activate that to your iLok2.

Best to start a support case with your account info (for both accounts) so CS can take care of them. Please use the "Access the Support Portal" link in your Avid account.

So it seems they haven't finished after all.

Same for me. I got a near identical message after opening a support case as instructed in the sticky. Par for course as this sort of thing seems to be the new norm.

Now they are saying by next Friday.
