Default Avid Virtual Instruments crash on PT10

Hi,
I am using Pro Tools 10, and I have this problem: Boom, MiniGrand, Structure and Xpand2 crash when I try to liad them in the project. It I open a template (songwriter-pianist) they load up, and I can hear their sounds, but as soon as I try to load their GUI, I get the Pro Tools crashed totally.
The PT10 is updated. Computer: MacBookPro 2.53 core 2 duo, 4GB ram.
Interface - internal, drivers - Pro Tools Aggregate I/O.
OS - Snow Leppard

No clue, where is the problem. Any ideas?

Kaze

Open Xpand! and manually point to the Xpand! sample content file, close Xpand!, save and close Pro Tools, exit Pro Tools then launch and open Xpand!. Does Pro Tools crash?

The thing is, that I can't open any of the above instruments. As soon as I try to put it on an empty track, I get this rainbow windmill of MAC OS and PT crashes.... So I even do not get to the point, when I see Xpand interface..

Strange thing.
Arfter some internet surfing, I decided to give one more try and experiment with accounts. Generally I work only on one account (administrator). So I created a new account, loaded PT from there - and Virtual Instruments work. SO whats's wrong with my admin account?

Not sure but you are right, creating a new admin account is a troubleshooting tip.
