Where is my No Charge Pro Tools 12 Upgrade?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Would usually recommend clearing your cache or trying another browser but I went ahead and activated the upgrade from you. You can now download the installers from your Avid account and activate the license bundle to your iLok2.

So, I've been avoiding updating from PT 11.3 to 12, but my year of free upgrades (bought an upgrade through Sweetwater last November) is almost up. I went into my account, and there isn't any upgrade where one should be. I tried entering my System ID and received a message stating that it was either invalid or had been used (which isn't the case).

Any ideas on how I can get this handled? I appreciate any help, folks.

Hope some of you could explain to me why I cannot get a free PT 12 upgrade since i brought PT 11 last december (12-27-2014)
So several months ago (in May 2015) I created a customer case concerning my PT 12 free upgrade. I sent this mail :

"Hello,
I've bought a Pro Tools 11/10 licence, with a supposedly 2 years upgrade and update last december (2014-12-27). So if i'm right i can have Pro Tools 12 for free. But I cannot see any of that in my avid account nor my ilok account my Pro Tools 12 licence.
So, why is that ?

The person who was in charge of my case answered that my upgrade was delayed because they were experiencing troubles.

So last week (6 months after my first case) I created a new one asking when my licence will be finally available, and to sum up the answer i was given today, it seems that i'm not concerned with that free upgrade anymore.

How comes ? I mean i'm supposed to have a 2 years free upgrade since december 2014 right ?

I'm having a very similar issue...how'd you create a customer case? The only contact pages I've found have phone numbers on them. I'd love to get this solved (or at least officially documented before my upgrade date is over (4 days).

Okay fabR, you should be all set with your Avid account, and just need to activate the license bundle in iLok License Manage.
