Question Is there a way to automatically bring a track you select into view in the edit window

Is there a way to automatically bring a track you select into view in the edit window? I have my faders set to automatically select a track when I touch them. This is cool but I want the track I select to come into view in the edit window, i.e. autoscroll the window up or down until the track I've selected is in view. Is this possible?

While we're at it, it'd be nice if the mix window auto scrolled to bring whatever track I've selected as well.

In case someone finds this thread asking the same question I asked, I found that holding control on your keyboard and pressing the select button on the surfaces, or on the touch screen, will bring the track into view in both windows.

Pro Tools does have the feature to do it automatically, as evident in the preferences settings called Mix/Edit Window Follows Bank Selection, but it's been broken since they added Eucon support and has had it listed as a 'known issue' since.

Hey Focuret,
That's why I read the DUC for a few minutes everyday! This is a great help to me with my current workflow. That is until Avid gets this fixed!

Thanks!!

Eu Control > General Tab > Select By Touch. Check the box for this option.

Also, for anyone on Windows, Focuret's tip uses the Start key.
