Upgrade OS???

I'm running PT 10.3.1 & OSX 10.8.5 on my mid 2012 MacBook Pro 4GB Ram & my Interface is a PreSonus 16.4.2..

What are the most current updates I can do with my PT10, OS & Interface? Without running into too many problems?
