Default HD-Native & PT10 crashes when flip is pressed on console

Hi there,

Last weekend we installed PT 10 on HD-native, coming from HD2 with PCI-X cards. Installing was a hassle because we had to go thru 9.0.5 with OS conflicts. But everything seems to work fine now. The latency results are a bit disappointing. With an average session we have to go up to 256 samples at least to avoid playback being stopped with error messages. This gives our Voice Overs an annoying audible delay on their headphones while recording. This is not what we expected but I think we can work around that. Now here's my problem: Every time I press flip on our Pro Control console, PT just imediately hangs and disappears and the desktop is shown. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Best regards,

Jaim
