Why move threads into Miscellaneous?

Still trying to hide all the bad press by burying all the threads about the UPGRADE TO VERSION 10 problem? Its about 10, it should remain in the 10 category.

First you try to delete posts that you dont like, now you just shove them aside so people wont see them.

The more you try to hide the negative comments and ongoing protest to have AVID lower its price, the more we will hammer the boards. Have you not figured that out yet?

Believe it or not there are people who still come to this board for it's intended purpose. Given the amount of crying threads that are started and posts that pop up in nearly every other thread that purpose is being defeated.

Gotta move most of 'em off to the nursery....

But moving all the off topic PT 10 threads to some place else, would VOID the Pro Tools 10 General Discussions section.

There are three sections to PT 10.

1 GENERAL
2 Mac
3 Windows

The posters who posted about non-technical stuff, were ALL tucked away into the Miscellaneous section. No one goes there to read anyway.


I understand that AVID is having a tuff time at present but this here "Shut Up Policy" is reminding me of what happened to the Logic Pro Apple Forum.

They policed it so badly that all the good guys left. Now all you get over there is BS !!!!

Nobody is hiding anything from anybody. This section of the forum is reserved for things specific to Pro Tools 10
