None of them are supported yet and our friends with a HDN card has the new Mac and it doesnt work but works with HDX.

Does that mean the HD Native Thunderbolt doesn't work either?
I'm just looking at buying one of these Mac beasts myself and that would be a bit of a deal-breaker.

I cannot think of a single reason why it would not work, but as the computer is still unsupported there is no other way than to test it yourself.
However, in the unthinkable event of a PCIe card not working in a PCIe Mac Pro you can always put it in a TB enclosure
