Default Allen, Would you build a dual xeon?

I'm going to go to HD in the next few months, but in the meantime.......

Has anyone built a dual xeon? On the Compato pages Digi lists the Dell and HP, both of which could be ordered as DP xeon. I was considering a MAC G5, but have always been a PC guy, and (rumour persist that Digi is moving away from from Mac OS). So....just looking for input.

Thanks, Jay
