Default about PT9 on w7 64bit

Hello everybody, I am a Taiwanese, English is not fluent
There are several questions to ask you
PT9 installed before the windows 7 64bit there is no problem
But when I re-install a lot of problems after windows 7
For example: Unable to read ". dpm" (I'm sure there are installed in the DAE \ Plug-ins folder ..)
by the way Ivory & Trilian can't use,but BFDII is running..
My Presonus Faderport only click to play, stop function
Fader and Pan can not be moved
Appeared in "Pro Tools is unable to communicate with HUI. Power-cycle HUI and check its connections. Note, if HUI is not in use, update the Peripherals dialog to prevent further warnings"
I have also seen a lot of discussion about the PT
But still not solve the problem
A lot of work to do can not read the article and then slowly
Hope we could help out .. thank you

Welcome to the DUC. There can be many reasons why things are not working well. You should start with a simple system, so you have fewer potential things to go wrong. I would uninstall everything and start over. Perform the system tweaks as described in the getting started guide and install Pro Tools. Then test it to see if it all works well. If you still have problems right away, you may have a hardware problem. You should start by providing a Sandra report as described in this thread: Help us Help You - READ THIS Before Posting!
