I got my temp license, back to work!

No ilok licence here either.
And guess what ? No more ID on my account !! So, impossible to open a case !!
What a mess ! ... Sorry but how we say in France: "c'est le cri du coeur!" ("the cry from the heart" thanks googletrad :) )

PS: and I have an update plan running until march 2017...

For everyone who have issues with the licenses can you try to update your ILM software and restart. See if that helps anything.

Ok .. then you need to start a support case from your Avud Account. Free and doesn't take ling to do, the techs will anser and request some details not meant to be posted here on the pibloc forum.

So please goto your account and start the support case asap.

And 2 days ago, I saw a lign with the 12.6 and downloaded it, installed it, and since then, no chance to open it; And the download link disappeared too !!

Hey everyone, I found a temporary solution. Go to www.avid.com, sign in, go to Account/My Products, then go down to Upgrade from PT 10 (Download) and then Product Details and Download links. You'll then see a link to Pro Tools 12.5 installer. Download it, in the meantime delete 12.6 and remove the shortcut from your dock, then reinstall 12.5. I now have a working version of PT back on my computer.

Just curious why we need to spend more time chasing this issue down? I have never really had a problem with upgrades but now......not good. Upgraded to 12.6 but no license. Have plan that doesn't expire until November. Not only that, i believe i saw a message from the moderator stating they needed time to pass out all these licenses. Isn't this 2016? This should all be automated by the computer. Kinda sucks you guys are right down the street.
