Default Protools LE and Low Latency Monitoring

Hello,

I'm new both in this forum and with the Protools System.

I have started a voice over translation audio file, and I have noticed that I keep listening an eco as soon as I start talking.

This is quite annoying and doesn't allow me to hear the sound properly.

I read in the manual about the low latency Monitoring an the possibility to adjust it to stop the outside noise as much as possible.

But when I went to options I couldn't find it...

Do you know what can I do to stop all this eco coming through? How can I adjust the low latency?

I am on ´Windows 7 - 64bits

Thank you!

Set your buffer to the lowest setting(usually 128 or 64). Next time, include some info

You may have to turn down your playback buffer to like 512 or to 256 in the setting this should get rid of the echo... Im not in front of my rig so i can't quite tell you where that setting is.
