PTLE 7.3 Quits program with Assertion error in line 253

hello,

i've got a problem!

i have pro tools 7.3cs4 running for a while now, but suddenly it gave an error when i launch pro tools and shuts down the pro-tools screen in such a short time that i can't look at the error.
my problem is where on a windows xp system can i find an error report!?
is this problem known around here?
i have searched but couldn't find a topic about this exact same problem.
i got still had the problem after upgrading to ptle 7.4cs2 and i downgraded it to ptle7.3 with no cs, and still had the problem!
i even downloaded the latest drivers from pace so that couldn't be the source of my problem!

can anyone PLEASE help me out!?!
i have a new digi 002r and want to test it, and i need to make music again!

any help would be very much appreciated!

i got the error by using a screen recorder:

line 253.

The possible path does not fit into the error dialog box.

this error isn't known on the digidesign site!
though there for the same error with another line!

can someone PLEASE HELP ME OUT?!? or does someone know the right person to ask?!?

the problem persists, but now the error changed to "Could not complete your request because access violation occurred". after which pro-tools shuts down within a blink of the eye!
my version of pro-tools is now at 7.4cs2 of PT LE!

HELP PLEASE?!?
