Pro Tools 8 LE to Pro tools 9 crossgrade question

So, how do I go about this if I want to "crossgrade" from the PT8 LE on my "office computer" to Pro Tools 9?

I would be installing Pro Tools 9 on a new computer, not on my "office computer."

I don't mind uninstalling PTLE 8 off my "office computer," but is that even necessary?

I also probably wanna buy the crossgrade from a different dealer than the Avid shop (slightly cheaper, I think - at least their price for the completely new PT 9 was considerably lower than Avid's)

When you make the purchase you'll be asked for your hardware serial number.

Once you get the software, you can install it on any machine you like, as it requires an iLok for authorization.

Just to be sure, my Mbox2 mini would work as the "dongle" for my office computer (with PT8 LE) and my iLok would be the "dongle" for PT9 on a different computer?
