Cloud Projects are stored on the cloud and your computer only has a "local copy". If the local copy is missing when you start your cloud project, it will be downloaded from the cloud. That's the whole point.

Of course if you want to be on the safe side, you can save that project as a locally stored session which you can move to memory stick or whatever.

I know but because My Cloud believes that it's full it's not uploading all of the 2 projects I have (I have no way of knowing how much or how little of the actual projects are up there).

Unfortunately, I can't convert the project to a session as it's PTF that I'm using.

I think I just need My Cloud to be fixed as it thinks there's 3 projects up there when there aren't (I deleted one months ago)

This may have been changed in 2019.6. Read the release notes and readme's. Also review this http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/F...three-projects

Thanks for that. I'd read the release already and it doesn't say anything about upgrading from 2019.5, it just talks about installing 2019.6.

I knew about the being able to have multiple local projects in 2019.5 but I haven't gone near it since the alert from Avid to stay away due to a bug which has been fixed in 2019.6. My problem is that my projects are in the cloud, potentially partially due to the cloud erroneously thinking it's full (3/3 and 1.03GB) even after I'd deleted a project.

How do I get to 2019.6 and keep my projects?
