Waves Electric 200 plugin crashes Pro Tools when arming an Instrument Track

Just bought the Electric 200 waves keyboard plugin and was trying to run it on 11.3.1. The plug-in crashes Protools every time you try to arm an instrument track with the plug in.

I contacted waves and they informed me that i need 11.3.2 for it to work. I have the PT 11 bundle and 11.3.2 isn't on my download list either. Can anyone help me with the download?

Tried the combo and no crashes here. Waves are wrong there as 11.3.1 and 11.3.2 are basically the same with a few bigs fixed.

You need to be on a annual plan in order to get 11.3.2 (yes I know, weird but Avid said it is the way the cookie crumbles)

I would list your specs and as much info you can if you want help here.

I have PT 11.3.1 on a 2013 MBPro running osx 10.8.5 with an i5 core and 8 GB RAM 1600MHz DDR3.

I have not tried using my interface yet with it, but EZDrummer2 works fine as an instrument track independent of my MOTU 1248.

Same here. Tried it in one of our MBP 2013 i7 2.4GHz and 10.8.5 with 11.3.2 and 11.3.1 HD and no crashes. Downloaded the demo of Electric 200 and ran many many instances of different combos and no crash.

I doubt it is the 11.3.1 so try trashing preferences and databases and see if that helps. It fixes most issues like these.

Interesting. I don't have HD though, just 11.3.1. Maybe that has something to do with it..

It is the same program, just different Ilok versions that unlocks more features but still the same programming and software somit doesn't matter if it is HD or non HD.

Yep - restart but make sure you empty the Trash before that. To make things easier there are a couple of free utilities by members here that help with trashing prefs and databases. One is Trasher by guitardom and the other is Pete Gates's utility - usually there's a link in their respective sig files.
