Default Adventures in AVID Tech Support, Not Good

Been on the phone for one hour and 15 minutes, then got thrown back to the initial menu where I get to start all over.

System has been down since Friday, was promised advanced replacement for two days now, nothing is showing up.

How can this be considered support?

Hi Tom,

Sorry to hear you're still having problem! but it is really bad timing!! just have to look at the forums and there are more questions than answers everywhere.

Just can't imagine how busy tech support must be right now! any other time i'm sure you would get instant support and a replacement.

Thanks Chris. They must have 3 people in tech support for the entire US.

I'm still on hold. Now TWO HOURS. You gotta be kidding me.

Card never came.

Sorry about the problem with the card as well as the wait time (we do have more than 3 people, but we are extremely busy thanks to the popularity of PT9).

Just frustrating to be down since last FRIDAY with work to get done. Thanks for checking on this. Apparently the native cards are still out of stock? Either that or they just didn't send a replacement....
