It is a sadly misdirected mess, son of a previous mess. Just uninstall all this add-on crapware. How did Avid repeat such poor execution? I suspect huge disconnect between Avid’s desires but inability to do basic product management and Avid’s outsourced development provider’s inability to execute... but they are the ones cashing Avid’s checks, paid for by our license fees. Software companies are not supposed to give away control of their software development... this is what happens when they do.
