I believe that the server error should be resolved now. Let me know if anyone else sees this.

As to the Mbox Pro, I am using the Mbox Pro (3rd gen) driver v1.2.0 with both Pro Tools 10.3.6 and 11.0.1 on an iMac with OS X 10.8.4. You can download that version here:
