Reinstatement code doesn't workon My Avid

I've bought a "Pro Tools Ult 1Y Updates+Support NEW" from a trusted reseller a couple of years ago, but when I try to use it on 'My Avid' I keep getting this message: Sorry, the code you provided may be invalid.
Very scary to me.
What could be the issue

Was deposited into my ilok account, in spite of the error message

Edit: I now think another code (my gf's) might have worked, although I did get another error code. Is there a way to see which activation was used? It doesn't show in the ilok app.

Hi - can you DM me a screenshot of the error message? Or can you try to go to https://my.avid.com/products/redemption to try and redeem your reinstatement code?

I can't recreate this error, because the reinstatement got through, but I believe it worked with the alternative code my girlfriend had. How can I check if my code still works or which code was used?
