Default DUC members in Tampa Florida - Irma related

Is there anybody on here in the Tampa Florida area? My wife's late brother's widow is in Tampa and she needs to get out but can't seem to get gas for her car. If anyone has any leads can you please get back to me ASAP? PM or email would be cool - I'll be awake for a couple of hours yet (I'm up in NJ).

Just got a call from Nadine and with the help from a fellow DUC'er who forwarded me some info on websites and gas availability she was able to get fuel to get up to a hotel in North Carolina. Now my wife and I can breathe easier.

This is a great community that looks out for it's own.

Glad this worked out! My friends are in Naples and they (and their house) are ok. I hope Tampa and the rest of FL west coast, east coast and everyone else here and elsewhere fares well through this thing.

Hopefully your friends are still okay because I just saw on the FoxNews website that Irma is bearing down on Naples. Prayers sent out to all in the path. These storms are nothing to play around with.

I was evacuated from Cayo coco (cuba) a day before it was hit. The Pullman hotel where I was, is completely destroyed. My thoughts are with you and everyone that is going thru this painfull time. I hope each one of you return safely home soon.
