ERROR: Could not complete the Open Session
Pro Tools crashed and when I try to re-open the session I get message "Could not complete the Open Session... command because end of stream encountered". I can open a backup session, but that's missing many of my recent changes. What's this about? Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

Try moving the Wavecache out of the session folder(I don't say delete it until you're certain you don't want it back). Auto-saved sessions open? How often do you have it set to save?(Mine is set to every 2 minutes so I never lose much work).
