New Dock.... flakey right side buttons

Hi folks, just reporting back on the replacement Dock after the first one had the dodgy lights on the right panel.
Anyway, initially, the replacement did exactly the same thing. Maybe a bad batch where they didn't push a ribbon connector in properly or something??
Unbelievable.. Here's a video showing the intermittent lights.

Just as an extra, it is intermittent, but will always happen if any contact is made with the right touch strip.

Hi Eddie,
Just got the little 90 degree lightning connector. It fits, not perfectly, but with a little bit of sanding, it snuggly achieves what I need.

Thanks for the pic (it will help others too). Hold onto that Dock whilst I show this video to the engineers and see what they say.

Thanks Eddie. Just a bit strange that it's 2 docks in a row and I should also add, though it might be obvious, that it does not matter which software your driving with it. Happens in ProTools HD 12.8, Logic 10.3.1 etc etc.

Keep your unit. Its a software bug that was fixed once but appears to have come back. It will be fixed in the next release. Thanks for reporting!

Thanks Eddie!! I'll let the wholesaler/retailer know here too. They certainly weren't aware of any bug.

Just saw Mattrix's picture of your adapter and otiose your soft keys are not working correctly either. They are selected on the iPad but not lit up on the buttons on the dock below

good observation.... Yes, have to hit the soft key button twice for them to come back!

That's exactly the bug I have that Eddie says they can't replicate. Are you on PT11 or 12?
