Scorch lost password for ipad

I found a thread on lost password for iPad, emailed twice with no response. So I started my own thread. Can anyone help me, I upgraded to a newer iPad, but forgot my password, this is very frustrating, as I cannot find a way to reset password. About ready to jump ship.
