Switching between Mbox2 and Digi002

I have an Mbox-2 USB running Pro Tools 10 (Mavericks 10.9.5)... And now I got a Digi-002 mixer... How can I replace one for the another...? If I just disconnect Mbox from USB, and connect Digi002 to 1394, it will work anyway...? Or should I remove Mbox drivers, then install Digi002 drivers...?

Can anybody help me somehow...?

Download the 003 controller driver and install. Then shut everything down, connect the 002, power it ON and reboot. And cross your fingers as its an unsupported piece of hardware now(which doesn't mean it WON'T work)

***IMPORTANT***
Don't ever "hot-patch" the firewire connection with 002 or 003 as it can(and usually will) fry the FW chip in the interface, the computer or both(learned the hard way)
