AZERO thankxzs for your reply, i mean by cd burner (hardware), i wonder if i can use toast to maaster and then burn them with the internal cd burner of my mac, ...one more thing how many gb will be good for the external hard drive

what other languages you speak???

Ok, for your Cd burner, I understand now.
-I think that you won't have problem (Toast is compatible).
-For the size of the HD, it depends of number of audio tracks and the sample rate that you use (higher are those numbers and higher the size of your HD is required).
For more informations, look on the page 3 of the book "getting strted with Mbox".
-My other language is the French.

so tell me my friend, what kind of music do you play???

Sorry, I just try it on my mac and ...no sound.
I don't understand why, but now I'm not sure that it's possible to have Pro Tools through the Mac audio output.
But, you know, sound will be better if ( if you can) you plug your mac speakers in your Mbox (Headphone connector or line out connectors).
Tell me What model is your Mac ?
I'm gonna try other things and I'll post you an other reply tomorrow.

I still have no sound from my mac, and my speakers are hardon karman, (usb p[owered, , mbox does not have an usb output), and my amc is an EMAC

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">You have to listen through the Mbox. The USB speakers aren't going to work with the Mbox. They only work with sound manager and the Mbox is bypassing that.
