Low output into PT11

So I'm new to both ProTools and the 11R. Previously recorded with MixCraft and M-Track interface.

My issue? My guitar track in PT11 is very quiet. Can barely hear it at all during playback. Loud and proud through headphones while recording though. The 11R is hooked up through USB and everything is a new install as far as the 11R and PT11 goes.

When I tried the 11R into MixCraft6, the guitar track was quiet as well and did not have the effects on it. It was just the clean guitar sound.

Also, I get static during the playback.

Windows 7, i5 3.0 quadcore, 16gb ram, 500hdd.

What input is your track set to? Guitar or Eleven Rig?

Guitar is just that, dry guitar, you want this level to be lower because it is the un-amplified guitar signal. This is perfect for re-amping later on.

The effected tone, amp, cab, effects ect.... comes through the Eleven Rig.

In PT11, I had the input set to 11R. ProTools will use the 11R settings and the actual fx ladden sound is there, but very quiet.

MixCraft has the dry signal only. That is low volume as well.

I assume it's all just a setting somewhere I am missing.

Well, this problem I finally cleared up. After judicial driver uninstalling and reinstalling, all is well. Finally connects to the editor as well.
